IslaBikes Marketing Scheme

In my final year at the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Bristol, I was set the task of creating a marketing plan for an existing company: Islabikes. Noticing via research an increasing trend of cycling cafes - those that provide a welcoming and convenient pitstop for cyclists and cycling groups on long journeys - I sought to create a plan that harnessed this trend and moved Isla into the experience economy in a low-risk high-reward manner.
